Job summary

Roylo Partners in Indianapolis is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement—on a primarily in-person basis.

You will build strong relationships with local client businesses and guide candidates through interviews and offers, while meeting activity and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, hospitality, retail, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Naturally competitive, resilient, and comfortable being told no.
• Confident on the phone, organized under pressure, and genuinely interested in people.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing great candidates, understanding what clients need, and matching the two. It's part sales, part relationship-building, part detective work. You'll be trained properly, given a desk to build on, and trusted to run it.
