Job summary

GQR in Austin, TX is seeking a driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on a hybrid basis. You will source, screen, and place healthcare professionals while building strong candidate relationships and managing an active pipeline.

This role requires comfort learning new specialties and working across allied, nursing, and behavioral health verticals, with a focus on moving candidates through the interview and placement process.

Qualifications

• Proven staffing or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare staffing.
• Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to ramp quickly and manage a desk with confidence.
• Strong production mindset and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Source new candidates through cold calling, referrals, social media, job boards, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Match candidates to opportunities based on experience, goals, and market needs.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
• Negotiate placement details and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and placement process.
• Partner with internal teams and hiring leaders to move candidates through the process efficiently.
• Adapt across specialties and verticals as business needs shift.
• Work toward weekly and monthly production goals.
• Use sound judgment in deal selection and prioritize opportunities most likely to lead to successful outcomes.
