Job summary

JD Ross in Austin is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to expand our staffing in niche markets with support from experienced consultants and management. The role offers fast-track career growth, regional autonomy, and a strong emphasis on building client and candidate networks.

You will develop business, map markets, craft adverts, and negotiate terms, supported by a flexible Hybrid/Remote schedule and global opportunities across our offices.

Requirements

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Austin. You will be responsible for enhancing our staffing services in your niche market with support from our existing successful recruitment consultants, training programs, and management teams.

This position offers you a fast-track to career growth opportunities, as well as the autonomy to run the business in your prospective region/market, and play a strong role in growing our business.

The role:

• Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients
• Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and network
• Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market
• Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts
• Creating job adverts
• Negotiating with both clients and candidates
