Job summary

Mara Talent is seeking a sales-spirited professional in Austin, TX, to transition into recruitment. You’ll recruit for software sales, sales engineering, and technical roles across the US, Europe, and beyond, leveraging a proven structure for high performers.

You will join a team with a 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH setup, focused on structured onboarding, strong progression, and real earning potential through uncapped commissions and promotion paths.
