Job summary

Certus Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own a technology and Go-to-Market recruitment desk in Austin. You’ll drive end-to-end hiring for North America, managing business development, client relationships and full lifecycle placements with top startups, scale-ups and enterprise tech firms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years agency recruitment experience.
• Proven track record running a 360 recruitment desk.
• Experience recruiting within Technology, Sales or Go-to-Market markets.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Go-to-Market

Austin, TX | Hybrid

Certus Recruitment is continuing its expansion across North America, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Austin team.

For over 25 years, we've partnered with some of the world's most innovative technology businesses, helping them build exceptional teams across Software Engineering, AI, Cloud, Infrastructure, Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

This is a true 360 recruitment role, offering full ownership of your market, the freedom to develop your own client base, and the opportunity to work with exciting startups, scale-ups and enterprise technology companies across North America.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of your own recruitment desk, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Winning new business through proactive business development and networking
• Building long-term relationships with founders, hiring managers and executive leaders
• Recruiting technology and Go-to-Market professionals across North America
• Managing the full recruitment process from briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
• Sourcing high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and direct search
• Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and recruitment consultancy
• Building a strong personal brand within your specialist market

About You

You’ll be an ambitious, commercially minded recruiter who enjoys developing new business and building long-term client relationships.

You’ll have:

• 5+ years' agency recruitment experience
• A proven track record running a successful 360 recruitment desk
• Experience recruiting within Technology, Sales or Go-to-Market markets
• Strong business development and client management skills
• The ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS/CRM platforms

A track record of billing $250k+ annually or experience working with high-growth technology companies would be highly advantageous.
