The position can be remote or in-person in Northern VA, offering a base salary with equity, performance-based bonus, and benefits. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in U.S. recruiting and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. based recruiting.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
• High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting to offer.
• Draft, edit, and publish compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes and develop evaluation criteria.
• Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations
