Empower is a fast-growing startup transforming the gig economy. We’re seeking a detail-oriented HR Senior Associate to accelerate our hiring and build strong candidate pipelines across functions.

In this remote role (in person option in Northern VA), you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, draft compelling job descriptions, source candidates, screen interviews, and collaborate with executives to scale our team while upholding high hiring standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. based recruiting.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting to offer.
• Draft, edit, and publish compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes
• Develop structured interview processes and evaluation criteria
• Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations
