Salary: $58,000.00 - $66,000.00 Annually

Position Overview: As part of the First Year Domestic Student Recruitment team, reporting to the Associate Director, this role manages first-year student recruitment and team members in designated territories. Responsibilities include developing recruitment plans and activities aligned with university goals, emphasizing innovative programming and collaboration with university partners to launch new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement interactive communication strategies tailored to individual motivations.
