Work from Home Opportunity Recruitment Associate

We are a leading Recruitment Consultancy - Windows Consultants is a leading Executive Search Firm operating from past more than 20 years. We work for High end multinational clients. Our list of clients include leading multinational companies in IT, BFSI, Real Estate, Airlines, Analytics and other industries.

As HR Recruiter you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process handling both Non IT Corporate roles and IT roles :

• Handling end to end recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
• Experience of handling middle and senior level positions.
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
• Source candidates by using databases, job portals, LinkedIn etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and conduct interviews for fitment
• Manage end to end interview process Arranging and coordinating interviews and managing follow up process.
• Must have handled recruitment for MNC clients
• Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Schedule interviews, understand client feedback and modify the screening and sourcing strategy according to the feedback.
• Salary Negotiation and hand holding the candidate till joining.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours : 9.30 am to 6 pm.

It is full time work from home” opportunity. You should have your own Laptop, Internet and Phone connection.
