Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Our client is a global law firm at the forefront of innovation in the legal industry, serving clients across Technology, Energy, Finance, and Life Sciences. Known for its award-winning culture, the firm consistently ranks among the top for pro bono impact, diversity, and workplace flexibility. They are seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist to join the team. This role is fully remote and requires a schedule based on Pacific Time.

Who You Are

  • A legal recruiting professional with 4+ years of corporate and agency experience in placing attorneys — ideally, partners
  • Comfortable navigating high-volume, fast-paced workloads with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Skilled at building trust with senior leadership and managing sensitive, high-stakes recruiting processes
  • Experienced with software such as Zoom/Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems such as LawCruit
  • Passionate about your work and energized by helping top talent find the right fit

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key player in the firm’s strategic growth by managing the full lifecycle of lateral partner recruiting
  • Collaborate closely with a national team, including leadership and specialists, to ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights and updates throughout the recruiting process
  • Represent the firm with professionalism and discretion in all candidate and agency interactions
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and help shape the future of legal recruiting at the firm
  • Flex your organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with precision

  • You help the team meet or exceed hiring goals while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality
  • You build strong relationships with internal leaders and external candidates, earning a reputation for reliability and discretion
  • You demonstrate flexibility and commitment by stepping up during peak periods and contributing beyond your core responsibilities
  • You are a go-to resource for partner recruiting strategy and execution within the team

Salary Range: $75,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience
