Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is seeking a Recruitment and HR Coordinator to strengthen our team by leading full-cycle recruitment for youth-facing staff and volunteers. You’ll ensure welcoming onboarding and provide essential HR support across the employee lifecycle.

In this role, you will develop talent pipelines, build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and program leaders, and maintain compliance with hiring requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, high-volume or seasonal hiring.
• Recruiting experience in youth-serving, education or camp/childcare environment a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to convey information clearly and build relationships.
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit primary branches on a rotating schedule.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Recruiting experience in youth-serving, education or camp/childcare environment a plus.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a timely and clear manner, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Proficiency with ATS platforms, and a track record of maintaining data accuracy and integrity; experience in Paycom a plus.Reliable transportation, and flexibility to visit primary branches on a rotating schedule.Willingness to engage in continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence.Compensation Range $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.This role is based at our Appleton Club and supports a multi-site workplace; regular on-site presence is expected.
