The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is seeking a Recruitment and HR Coordinator in Appleton, WI to lead full-cycle recruitment for youth-facing staff and volunteers and to provide essential HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will develop talent pipelines, maintain compliance, and act as a primary HR contact across multiple sites, helping ensure timely, professional support for staff and volunteers.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including high-volume or seasonal hiring.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and build relationships.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms; Paycom experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit primary branches on rotating schedule.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and strive for excellence.

About the Role

The Recruitment and HR Coordinator is a key role in strengthening our team by leading recruitment efforts for youth-facing staff and volunteers while ensuring a welcoming and effective onboarding experience for new team members. In addition, you’ll provide essential support across HR operations, helping ensure employees across our organization receive timely, responsive and professional support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including high-volume or seasonal hiring. Recruiting experience in youth-serving, education or camp/childcare environment a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a timely and clear manner, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, and a track record of maintaining data accuracy and integrity; experience in Paycom a plus.
• Reliable transportation, and flexibility to visit primary branches on a rotating schedule.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation Range $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

This role is based at our Appleton Club and supports a multi-site workplace; regular on-site presence is expected. We are not able to offer relocation assistance.
