Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a motivated Manager of Recruitment & Admissions to lead NCR recruitment efforts from Silver Spring, MD. You will represent Per Scholas, share our mission, manage the admissions process, and drive data-driven improvements in applicant experiences and conversions.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with referral organizations, coordinating events, and ensuring accurate Salesforce data while collaborating with marketing and national recruitment to optimize outreach.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong sourcing and talent matchmaking skills.
• Proficient in Excel; Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• IT/tech background is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable candidates for training classes, focusing on veterans, spouses of veterans, young adults, and women.
• Track, organize, and report on recruitment and enrollment data in Salesforce.
• Manage relationships at referral partner organizations to sustain a pipeline.
• Attend networking events to increase Per Scholas' visibility.
• Communicate with candidates including notifying applicants of acceptance status.
• Conduct presentations and information sessions as needed.
• Ensure data regarding stakeholder groups is entered in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and National Recruitment to run recruitment ads.
• Make referrals to supportive services or alternative programs.
• Coordinate with Government Contracts team for record-keeping.
