Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a dynamic Manager, Recruitment & Admissions for the Greater Milwaukee team. The role covers recruiting learners, guiding them through admissions, and maintaining a strong, data-driven pipeline in collaboration with partners and campus leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment and admissions experience in education/workforce development.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Understanding of business needs and how to source talent.
• Excel knowledge; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
• Prior IT knowledge or passion is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable candidates for Per Scholas training courses.
• Manage the admissions process from outreach to enrollment.
• Report recruitment data in Salesforce and align with goals.
• Partner with referral partners to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Attend community events to raise Per Scholas visibility.
• Communicate acceptance status to candidates.
• Present information sessions as needed.
• Ensure stakeholder data is accurately tracked in Salesforce.
• Coordinate recruitment ads with marketing and national teams.
• Refer applicants to supportive services or alternate programs.
• Collaborate with Government Contracts team for record-keeping.
• Coordinate class kickoffs and graduations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
