Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an Associate for Recruitment & Admissions to cultivate a robust applicant pipeline and manage the outreach and enrollment process. You will promote the program’s mission through community engagement, information sessions, and partnerships, while refining processes and reinforcing brand value.

You will also manage data in Salesforce, run reports, coordinate class activities, and collaborate across teams to ensure progress toward enrollment goals and impact in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions in a nonprofit or college environment is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude (Google Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Salesforce etc), project management, and organizational skills with detailed follow-through abilities.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong data management skills.
• Experience with social media marketing a plus.
• Prior knowledge or background in IT and a passion for technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Admissions: Implement a rigorous outreach and admissions process throughout its lifecycle to meet recruitment targets.
• Conduct presentations and information sessions; identify referral partnerships to sustain a pipeline of candidates.
• Process applications, conduct phone screens, TABE tests, and interviews; build rapport with candidates.
• Data Management: Execute admissions strategy and refine data management; enter data into Salesforce accurately and timely; produce reports and track progress.
• Other Projects: Participate in staff meetings and trainings; provide telephone coverage; coordinate class kickoffs and graduations; work cross-functionally and support the Director, Recruitment & Admissions.
