Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a dynamic Manager, Recruitment & Admissions for the Greater Milwaukee region. You will represent the program, manage the admissions lifecycle, and build a pipeline through digital channels, referrals, and community outreach.

You’ll analyze applicant data in Salesforce, report on progress, and collaborate with Marketing and National Recruitment to optimize recruitment ads. A 2–4 year background in recruitment/admissions and strong Excel/Salesforce skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in recruitment/admissions in education or workforce development.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• S solid understanding of business needs and talent sourcing.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable candidates for Per Scholas training courses.
• Manage outreach and admissions processes to meet targets.
• Report recruitment/enrollment data in Salesforce and compare to goals.
• Maintain partner relationships to sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Attend networking events to raise Per Scholas visibility.
• Communicate acceptance status to applicants and conduct information sessions.
• Enter stakeholder data in Salesforce regularly and coordinate collateral updates.
• Coordinate ads with Marketing and Programs teams and refer applicants to services.
• Collaborate with Government Contracts team for record-keeping.
