Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an Associate, Recruitment & Admissions to cultivate a pipeline of applicants and manage outreach and enrollment. You will promote Per Scholas’ mission through community engagement, recruitment, and digital outreach, helping shape a positive student experience and strengthen our brand as a leading IT training program.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions in a nonprofit or college environment is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude with spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM tools.
• Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn IT-related topics and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement a rigorous outreach and admissions process throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct presentations and information sessions.
• Identify relationships with referral partner organizations for pipelines.
• Receive and process applications, including phone screens and TABE tests.
• Build relationships with candidates and communicate effectively.
• Refer applicants to supportive services when needed.
• Run retention activities for alumni populations.
