Per Scholas is seeking an Associate for Recruitment & Admissions based in Bronx, NY. In this role, you will cultivate a pipeline of applicants, promote the organization’s mission through outreach and digital engagement, and assist in building processes for the recruitment and admissions cycles.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and an aptitude for data management. This position offers a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions in a nonprofit or college environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with detailed follow-through abilities.
• Prior knowledge or background in IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement outreach and admissions process, achieving targets.
• Conduct presentations and administer information sessions.
• Process candidate applications and conduct phone screens.
