We are actively hiring for a strong Accounting and Finance recruiter, to join the hottest recruitment desk in Massachusetts, where the average recruiter earns over $200,000, with many on the team earning over $500,000.

Our client has an outstanding reputation in recruiting within the Accounting & Finance space, with a solid client base across financial services, corporate, retail, and other sectors.

The desk is inundated with roles from day one, with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles and numerous Contract/Temp roles.

− Competitive base salary, hybrid working (Massachusetts), and high commissions — you'll be in a top A&F recruiting seat in New York.

✓ True base salary from $75,000 to $115,000

The desk recruits for roles including: Junior/Mid/Senior Accountants, Analysts, Controllers, FP&A, CFO, Credit, Cost Accountant, Compliance, Risk, Finance Directors/Managers.

With remote work options, top salaries, and a strong client network, recruiters here typically bill between $600,000-$800,000, earning 50% of their billings.
