Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a capable office leader to drive recruitment, onboarding and training of caregivers while coordinating schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to the local Operating Director and help grow the office.

Qualifications

• At least one year of managerial experience.
• At least one year of experience in home care/healthcare.
• Strong recruiting, onboarding and caregiver training abilities.
• Excellent customer service and general administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: interview, hire, onboard and train caregivers.
• Customer Service: assist with incoming calls from clients and caregivers.
• Administration: provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: rotate handling after-hours calls to ensure proper staffing.
