Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a Recruitment Technology Optimization Manager to shape our talent acquisition tech strategy. Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will own the roadmap, optimize Workday Recruiting, and drive AI-enabled automation to boost recruiter productivity and candidate experience across the recruiting lifecycle.

You will partner with HR, IT, analytics, and vendors to implement integrated solutions, govern data, and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment operations, HR tech, or TA systems.
• Experience in Workday Recruiting optimization, configuration, and integrations.
• Proven success implementing automation and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the vision and roadmap for recruitment technology platforms and capabilities.
• Lead ongoing optimization and adoption of Workday Recruiting and integrations with external tools.
• Drive AI adoption, automation, and process innovation across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Partner with HR, IT, analytics, and vendor partners to optimize systems and processes.
• Enable robust dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Workday and integrated systems.
