Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Team Lead - Technical Recruiting in Herndon, VA. The role leads a team of recruiters and partners with leadership to drive talent acquisition programs across Tyler’s divisions.

You will champion diversity recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and manage executive searches while leveraging AI and automation to boost productivity and candidate engagement. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisitions, with opportunities to

Responsibilities

Lead a team of recruiters, including coaching, mentorship, performance management.
Strategically balance workload distribution across recruiting team with leadership.
Implement and maintain programs to drive attraction of high-quality, diverse talent.
Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical roles and diverse talent pools.
Support diversity recruiting initiatives and assess effectiveness.
Partner with the business to recruit in a competitive talent market.
Advise recruiters and hiring managers on open roles and candidate profiles.
Provide talent acquisition guidance on recruitment marketing and talent attraction best practices.
Ensure delivery of high-quality candidates for key searches; lead executive searches.
Improve recruiting processes and tools for marketing, sourcing, and assessment (Jobvite, career site, etc.).
Lead international sourcing and recruiting efforts for Tyler.
Develop metrics and dashboards on hiring performance and pipeline health.
