Job summary

Medicus in Windham, NH is seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to guide a team of recruiters from a hands-on, player-coach approach. You will focus on prospecting, qualifying, and generating new recruiting leads while coaching others to achieve team performance goals.

The role is based at our Windham office and requires overseeing delivery, resource allocation, and weekly production to meet client staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in a professional environment.
• 1 year of sales management/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated sourcing and interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate your team’s delivery against client staffing needs; prioritize and allocate resources to projects in alignment with departmental goals and growth strategies.
• Oversee recruiter production on a weekly basis and ensure monthly goals are achieved; proactively address challenges with team members.
• Ensure team members have development plans and receive consistent performance feedback.
• Provide creative solutions to complex situations involving clients and physicians; act as primary escalation contact.
• Conduct physician and mid-level sourcing via cold calls, social media, job boards, state boards and conferences.
• Qualify and present candidates to meet client needs based on location, fit, experience, and references.
• Negotiate candidate rates, travel, shifts, and contracting terms.
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads promptly.
