This role offers autonomy to shape the market, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and scale a business on an established platform.

You will work with North America's leading EPC contractors and owners, delivering permanent, contract and executive search solutions while building client relationships.

We're looking for an experienced recruitment leader to build and lead talisman's EPC & Construction practice in Los Angeles.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a small desk and spend years navigating internal politics. It's an opportunity to build a market-leading business on top of an established platform, with the autonomy to make it your own.

You'll have the freedom to define your market, develop your client strategy, hire your own team and scale your business however you see fit.

You'll continue billing while building something much bigger.

Working with some of North America's leading EPC contractors, engineering consultancies, developers, owners and infrastructure businesses, you'll grow a specialist practice across permanent, contract and executive search while hiring and developing a high-performing team around you.

Whether your expertise is in power, utilities, renewables, industrials, transportation, water, oil & gas or mission-critical construction, we'll give you the platform to become the go-to recruiter in your market.
