Job summary

speakit is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our growing recruitment business. This hands-on leadership role combines business development, recruitment delivery, and people management to shape the operation from the ground up.

You will identify clients, hire and train a recruitment team, build long-term relationships, and work closely with senior management on pricing, positioning, and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, ideally in an agency environment.
• Background in generic / multi-specialty recruitment.
• Strong business development experience within recruitment.
• Ability to build processes and structure from scratch.
• Comfortable working hands-on while also leading a team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a recruitment operation from the ground up, shape its direction, and play a central role in the company's future growth.
