Job summary

Phaidon International, a multi-award-winning talent partner, is seeking a high-energy recruiter in the Tampa area. You’ll leverage 2–5 years of 360 recruitment or banking-focused sales to win clients, build trust with hiring managers, and drive top-tier placements.

You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle, from brief to offer, while creating a high-quality candidate pipeline and using data and technology to reduce admin and increase impact.

You’ll build on your existing experience to develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders - not just filling roles but becoming a trusted partner in their growth.

Candidate Engagement

You're confident leading from the front: driving conversations, influencing decisions, and building long-term relationships with high-performing candidates.

Here, you will take that one step further - building a consistent, high-quality pipeline through a proactive approach and credibility in your space.

End to end Process Management

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief through to offer negotiation and post-placement support.

You’ll deliver a seamless, high-quality experience that keeps both clients and candidates coming back, not because they have to, but because they choose to.
