Job summary

Cintas Corporation is actively seeking a Recruiting Strategy Manager in Tampa, FL, to lead a national team of recruiters. In this role, you will provide ongoing training, guidance, and support ensuring that the team reaches its highest potential.

You'll work closely with regional leadership to develop and implement effective recruiting programs. The ideal candidate will have over three years of recruitment experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

  • 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience managing and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a national team of Recruiters within Cintas division.
  • Build the capability of others through coaching and mentoring.
  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports.
  • Develop relationships with local, regional, and senior leadership.
  • Provide guidance on developing strategies and sources for recruitment.
  • Train others on using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Recruiting Strategy Manager(RSM) to develop and deliver recruitment strategy for a Cintas business division. In this role you will be leadinga team of Recruiters by providing day-to-day guidance and ongoing training and development that allows them to reach their highest potential; this includes doing job shadows, hosting monthly calls, and conducting weekly debriefs. As RSM you will work with regional leadership and each Recruiter to develop, implement and manage all recruiting programs to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance with the overall strategic talent acquisition vision. Responsibilities of this role also include ensuring all Recruiters are executing sourcing strategies to proactively source candidates nationwide into open positions at Cintas.

Key Responsibilities
  • TeamLeadership; Manage a national team of Recruiters withinaCintas divisionensuring that the team is focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve teamobjectives.
  • Individual Partner Development; build the capability of others by teaching,coachingand/or mentoring them todotheir highestpotential.
  • Drive for Results; Createandmaintainweekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports; prepare andsubmitvarious reports concerning productivity/activityfocusing on assessing,measuringand improving performance.
  • Collaborative Influence; Develop relationships with local, regional, and senior leadershipwith the ability to gain cross-divisional buy-in and partnership byinfluencing inall directions through all levels of partners and external contacts.
  • Action Planning; Use comprehensive knowledge and skills toprovide guidance and training to others on developingstrategies and sources to enable Cintas to be an employer of choice nationwide
  • Subject Matter Expertise; Applyknowledge andexpertiseto provide guidance and training to others on theuseapplicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software (SAP SuccessFactors,Indeed, LinkedIn) tosource, recruit, andtrack candidates from the selection phase to onboarding.
Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+yearsexperiencein Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred:

  • 1+ year experience managing and supervising others to achieve specific end results within a giventimeframe.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and integrating vendors.
  • Ability to run and analyze reports to gauge performance and return on investment for department spend.
