Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Recruiter to lead regional recruiting initiatives. You will partner with leadership to develop a compliant strategy, source candidates, post openings, manage candidates in the staffing system and conduct interviews.

The role requires 3+ years in hiring and travel up to 5–10% with a valid driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online sourcing platforms is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel with overnight stays (5–10%).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include developing, implementing and managing a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance; leveraging job boards and sourcing tools to continually build relationships with potential candidates; managing job postings; managing candidates in the staffing system; and conducting interviews.

Skills/Qualifications
