Job summary

Help At Home, LLC in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. You will manage a large applicant pipeline, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive onboarding to build a strong team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and multitasking skills, with a proactive, tech-savvy, team-oriented mindset. This is an on-site role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Prior recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines by contacting community services, colleges, agencies, and media.
• Determine applicant requirements from job descriptions and qualifications.
• Attract applicants by posting jobs and using proactive/reac tive recruiting.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with managers.
• Evaluate applicants against required qualifications.
• Suggest policies to improve offers and compensation practices.
• Meet or exceed Recruiting Department goals.
