Help At Home, LLC in Illinois seeks a Recruiting Specialist to build talent pipelines, source candidates, and attract qualified applicants for care positions across the country.

You will partner with managers, coordinate interviews, and help shape hiring practices while ensuring a positive candidate experience. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 1–2 years in recruiting is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.

Mansioni

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting colleges, community services, agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites.
• Advertises jobs and uses multiple recruiting techniques to attract applicants.
• Interview applicants, assess qualifications, and compare to job requirements.
• Coordinate schedules for management interviews and follow-up.
• Advise on compensation and benefits to improve offers and attractiveness.
• Meet or exceed Recruiting Department and organizational goals.
• Maintain rapport with applicants and stakeholders; adapt to changing duties.
