Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, marketing or a related field.
• Five years of related experience including direct sourcing.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine sourcing criteria to attract qualified prospects.
• Develop engagement methods to encourage applicants for ARL positions posted via Workday.
• Advise ARL managers on recruiting, interviewing, and selection best practices.
• Review and draft job requisitions in Workday with managers and directors for approval.
• Manage pre-hire Workday actions, postings, and applicant status updates.
• Coordinate recruiting events and university career fairs; travel as needed.
• Maintain ARL presence on sourcing sites and coordinate outreach via UT channels.
• Provide data-driven ROI reports and analytics for leadership reviews.
