Job summary

Based at the Pickle Research Campus in North Austin, you will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, support career fairs and veteran recruiting, and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Five years of related experience including direct sourcing experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to summarize information clearly for stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Workday or a similar HCM system.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to undergo government security checks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine sourcing criteria for qualified prospects.
• Develop engagement methods to attract applicants via Workday and other channels.
• Advise managers on recruiting, interviewing, and selection best practices.
• Review and draft job requisitions in Workday.
• Discuss and review drafts with hiring managers based on UT Workday profiles and ARL requirements.
• Submit drafts for final review and approval by HRO Manager and department directors.
• Routinely travel for recruiting events and coordinate university career fairs.
