Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing or related field.
• Five years of related experience including direct sourcing.
• Strong communication skills to convey messages to stakeholders.
• Ability to track, monitor and summarize information for decision makers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel and SharePoint skills.
• Experience with Workday or similar HCM system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine sourcing criteria and develop engagement methods.
• Advise ARL managers on recruiting, interviewing, and selection best practices.
• Draft and review Workday job requisitions; manage pre-hire Workday actions.
• Coordinate and participate in university career fairs and recruiting events.
• Research market trends in talent acquisition and sourcing platforms; present ROI.
• Develop and maintain recruiting partnerships and ensure postings are current.
• Other related functions as assigned.
