Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field.
Five years of related experience including direct sourcing experience.
Strong communication skills with clear, concise messaging.
Ability to track and summarize information for stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Experience with Workday or a similar HCM system.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine sourcing criteria and engage prospects for ARL positions.
Review and draft Workday job requisitions and obtain final approvals from stakeholders.
Routinely travel for recruiting events and participate in career fairs.
Monitor recruiting metrics and report ROI to leadership; develop tracking for sourcing activity.
