Job summary

Actalent in Quincy, MA is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from meeting with hiring managers to sourcing and screening candidates, through to placing consultants with clients. You’ll build relationships, coach candidates for interviews, and maintain a network of professionals across engineering and sciences staffing.

We offer a 13-week paid training period, an initial base salary of $55,000 after training, with potential to grow to $65,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers to understand needs
• Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools
• Screen potential consultants via interviews and reference checks
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for roles
• Coach consultants for interviews and maintain engagement post-placement
• Build and maintain a network of consultants aligned with top skill sets

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
