Job summary

Actalent is seeking an entry-level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to join our team and help advance the careers of engineers and scientists. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, from meeting with hiring managers to source, screen, and place consultants, while building trusted relationships across our network.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program with mentorship, career development, and a culture that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, and presenting consultants.
• Build trusted relationships with consultants and hiring managers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Coach consultants for interviews and support first-day onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Maintain a network of engineers and scientists aligned with top industry skills and client needs.
• Develop relationships and become a trusted partner in helping professionals advance their careers.
