Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants via interviews and reference checks, aligning their goals, skills, and interests.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for new roles.
• Build relationships by coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day, and maintaining ongoing engagement.
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets.
• Establish trusted partnerships to help professionals advance their careers.
