Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to drive the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering and sciences professionals. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen for fit, and prepare consultants for new roles.

A strong emphasis on relationship-building and a performance-based mindset is required. The role includes comprehensive training, mentorship, and clear paths to leadership within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to build trusted relationships in a network.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from meeting hiring managers to understanding needs.
• Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools and channels.
• Screen candidates via interviews and reference checks; align goals and skills.
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for start dates.
• Coach consultants for interviews and maintain engagement throughout assignments.
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with in-demand skill sets.
