Skydio in San Mateo, CA, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A, partnering with senior leaders to translate business goals into hiring plans and build high‑performing teams. You will own the recruiting strategy, build diverse pipelines, source passive talent, influence interview processes, and elevate the candidate experience across the company.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for candidates and leadership.
• Experience with modern recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse.
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive talent in competitive markets.
