Job summary

CRST, The Transportation Solution is seeking a Recruiting Partner in Amherst, NY to own the hiring process for Home Solutions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and partner with operations to meet hiring goals.

This hands-on role requires independent work, managing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required as part of recruiting activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and candidate selection.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, business leaders and external partners.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across divisional channels, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Independently generate and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Partner with operations to understand capacity needs and ensure qualified candidates start on schedule.
• Engage internal stakeholders, provide recruitment updates, and represent the recruiting function in calls and events.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies for complex divisional needs and develop external partnerships with schools and agencies.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
• Mentor fellow recruiters and support their development.
