Job summary

Invenergy in Chicago seeks a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead the governance, optimization, and scaling of Talent Acquisition. You will partner with People & Culture, HRIS, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions and build a modern, scalable recruiting organization capable of supporting strong growth and new markets.

This role owns strategy, analytics, process improvement, vendor management, and the adoption of AI and automation in TA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of operations experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations.
• Knowledge of the full recruiting life cycle.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite including intermediate to advanced Excel Skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Talent Acquisition operations roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Establish scalable recruiting processes, governance, and service delivery models.
• Own Talent Acquisition technology platforms, including Workday Recruiting.
• Design and maintain recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Deliver actionable insights to TA leadership and executives; support workforce planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewal evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies in TA.
• Partner with HRIS, Finance, and business leaders to drive operational excellence.
