Invenergy is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead governance, optimization, and scaling of Talent Acquisition operations. You will drive processes, analytics, and vendor partnerships to support growth and market expansion.

You will partner with People & Culture, HRIS, and business leaders to deliver measurable improvements in recruiter productivity and candidate experiences, while enabling data-driven workforce decisions. This role supports a hybrid work model in Chicago.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Operations experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations.
• Knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Experience with Workday as an applicant tracking system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).

• Develop and execute a Talent Acquisition operations roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Establish scalable recruiting processes, governance, and service delivery models.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Serve as the business owner for Talent Acquisition technology platforms, including Workday Recruiting.
• Partner with HRIS and technology teams to optimize recruiting workflows and user experiences.
• Design and maintain recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting operations.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors and partners.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
