Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Chicago is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead governance, optimization, and scale of Talent Acquisition operations. You will ensure recruiting processes, systems, reporting, analytics, technologies, and vendor partnerships support growth.

You will partner with People & Culture, HRIS, and business leaders to drive operational excellence, improve recruiter productivity, and enable data-driven workforce decisions while building a modern, scalable recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Operations experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Talent Acquisition operations roadmap.
• Design and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting.
• Lead process improvement, governance, and SOPs for recruiting.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors and partners.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in recruiting.
• Partner with People & Culture leadership to drive operational excellence.
