Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations to own the sourcing tech stack, drive adoption of the CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter, and ensure clean data flows into Greenhouse. You will become the expert on these tools, evaluate workflows, and identify opportunities to maximize capability across the team.

Hybrid role based in New York, focusing on end-to-end sourcing workflow optimization, reporting, and collaboration with the Recruiting Operations team to scale our talent acquisition

Qualifications

• Hands-on with sourcing tools and recruiting CRMs, and able to configure them.
• Experience designing usable sourcing workflows for sourcers and recruiters.
• Proven track record driving tool adoption and utilization.
• Ability to audit platforms and justify feature enablement.
• Familiar with ATS integrations and data flow between sourcing and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day administrator for the CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Audit feature utilization and optimize workflows from outreach to handoff.
• Design and measure sourcing pipelines and reporting metrics.
• Drive CRM adoption with enablement and practical workflow changes.
• Collaborate with Greenhouse ATS owner on integrations and data flow.
• Develop training and documentation for sourcers and new hires.
