Job summary

Datadog, Inc. seeks a contract Program Manager for Recruiting Operations to own the sourcing tech stack and optimize how our sourcers and recruiters use CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter. This 12‑month engagement focuses on accelerating adoption, improving workflows, and ensuring smooth data flow into Greenhouse.

You will audit current usage, redesign end‑to‑end processes, and partner with the ATS owner to validate data integrity while driving measurable improvements in recruiting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with a recruiting CRM (Gem strongly preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience designing recruitment workflows and driving tool adoption.
• Analytically savvy with funnel metrics, outreach response and license utilization.
• Able to scope tightly and ship within a fixed timeline.
• Comfortable partnering with a cross‑functional team including ATS owners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day administrator and point of contact for the CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter — configuration, user management, seat and license allocation, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Run a full feature utilization audit of both platforms to determine what is used and what should be used.
• Review, redesign and optimize sourcing workflows end to end — prospect identification, outreach sequencing, pipeline nurture, and handoff into the ATS.
• Drive CRM adoption across sourcers and recruiters through enablement and measurement against targets.
• Build and optimize outreach templates, sequences, and nurture campaigns in partnership with the Employer Brand Marketing team.
• Partner with the Greenhouse owner on the CRM‑ATS integration, including field mapping and data flow validation.
• Establish reporting on sourcing funnel performance, outreach effectiveness, talent pool health, and license utilization.
• Run user research and training to reduce friction and accelerate ramp for new hires.
