Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Support Specialist to help keep recruiting operations organized and responsive. You will support recruiters, candidates, and active contractors from intake through onboarding, timekeeping, and invoicing, ensuring a professional, efficient experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with multiple systems, and adept at handling administrative tasks that keep a busy recruiting team on track.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiters and candidates through employment lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and working within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Strong documentation and recordkeeping practices.
• Professional communication with candidates and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Screen and route recruiting line calls and assist candidates through the application process.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and onboarding documentation; manage scheduling and references.
• Oversee contractor timekeeping and time entry accuracy; escalate discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly invoice reminders and documentation for contractors.
• Provide administrative support to active contractors and maintain records for compliance.
