You will partner with stakeholders to redesign workflows, govern compliance, mentor a growing team, and drive AI‑enabled improvements that enable scalable, high‑velocity hiring for MongoDB in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading recruiting operations initiatives.
• 3+ years people management and coaching.
• Experience redesigning workflows and governance.
• Hands-on with data and reporting.
• Familiarity with TA policy and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RecOps team and align roadmap with TA goals.
• Own TA tooling roadmap and modernization.
• Champion predictive talent intelligence with analytics.
• Redesign core recruiting processes for rigor.
• Ensure governance, policy, and compliance across initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a junior team.
