Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations to lead the RecOps team, owning the TA technology stack, process redesign, and governance. You will drive analytics, partner with People Analytics, and champion AI-enabled transformation across the hiring lifecycle.

The role demands an execution-focused leader with deep data experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of scalable operating models within Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading and executing complex recruiting operations initiatives
• 3+ years of people management with coaching and development
• Deep data and insights experience and workflow redesign expertise
• Experience with automations and AI in recruiting workflows
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and align with TA strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the RecOps Team and set the roadmap for CoreOps with bold transformation initiatives
• Own TA tooling roadmap and RecTech modernization including onboarding/offboarding and ROI evaluation
• Champion predictive talent intelligence with People Analytics and develop self‑service reporting
• Redesign core recruiting processes to improve operational rigor across the hiring lifecycle
• Drive governance, policy, and compliance across TA and related teams
• Act as SME and partner with stakeholders to adapt solutions to evolving business needs
• Provide mentorship and develop a junior team to deliver on TA strategy
