Responsibilities

• Manage on-campus recruiting operations, coordinating recruiting activities and events for more than 250 companies annually.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employer recruiters, assisting with job postings, information sessions, interview schedules, and Handshake usage.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for BYU Marriott career fairs, on-campus interviews, and other recruiting events.
• Collaborate with Business Career Center staff, academic program directors, and university partners to support employer engagement and recruiting activities.
• Oversee SAA event scheduling and approvals, provide training to student leaders, and ensure compliance with university policies.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate student employees, providing ongoing guidance and support for daily operations and professional development.
