Wonolo in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Recruiter to lead outbound recruiting, screening, and onboarding initiatives for workers across the United States. You will design job descriptions, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with W-2 onboarding teams to minimize idle time.

The role requires travel within Inland Empire and LA markets 1-2x per week, with occasional travel to Northern California. Eligible candidates should have recruiting experience, strong interview skills, familiarity

Qualifikationen

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Ability to conduct structured and competency-based interviews.
• Experience with video, phone interviewing and reference checks.
• Familiarity with ATS/CMS and HR databases.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Source and attract candidates using outbound recruiting platforms and experiments.
• Schedule and conduct interviews across the United States.
• Screen applicants for knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
• Track metrics like application-to-interview and interview-to-placed.
• Support Wonolo app and W-2 onboarding processes with the onboarding team.
